Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Return
Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
● Product received is damaged
● Wrong product delivered
● Product leakage or packaging damage during delivery
● Missing item in the order To be eligible for a return
● The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
● Product must remain unused and in original packaging
● Unboxing video and product images are mandatory for verification
2. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
● Used skincare products
● Opened or tampered packaging
● Products purchased during special sale or clearance offers
● Products damaged after use
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
● Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
● Amount will be refunded to the original payment method
● COD charges and shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable)
4. Replacement Policy
If eligible, we may provide:
● Product replacement
● Store credit
● Partial or full refund depending on the issue
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
